Service description

ReplyZenApp helps users connect Facebook Pages, sync messaging leads, manage billing, upload manual payment proofs, and queue outbound messages through Meta platform integrations.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, controlling access to your account, and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use and platform compliance

You may use ReplyZenApp only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Meta or Facebook platform terms, messaging rules, anti-spam requirements, privacy laws, and payment processor requirements.

You must not use the service to harass people, send misleading or unlawful content, violate platform restrictions, interfere with the service, scrape the platform without authorization, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, page, or system.

Certain features depend on third-party services such as Meta, Facebook, Stripe, hosting providers, and email providers. Their availability, policies, and APIs may change at any time, and we are not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy decisions, or account actions taken by those third parties.

Fees and billing

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of ReplyZenApp after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
