This Privacy Policy explains how ReplyZenApp collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use our website, dashboard, billing tools, and Facebook or Meta integrations.

Who we are
ReplyZenApp operates a web application that helps businesses connect Facebook Pages, sync messaging leads, and send queued messages through approved Meta platform workflows.

Information we collect
We collect account information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, password hash, profile details, and any support messages you send to us.
When you subscribe or submit payment information, we collect billing-related records such as plan selection, payment status, manual payment notes, and uploaded payment proof screenshots. Card payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
When you connect a Facebook Page or use our Meta integration, we may collect Facebook or Meta data needed to provide the service, including your Facebook app-scoped user identifiers, page identifiers, page names, page access tokens, connected leads or participant identifiers, profile names, profile photos, and message delivery metadata.
We also collect technical and operational information such as IP addresses, browser or device metadata, log records, queue activity, timestamps, and usage analytics needed to secure, maintain, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, connect Facebook Pages, sync leads, send queued messages, provide billing features, review manual payment submissions, respond to support requests, and maintain security and abuse prevention controls.
Meta-connected information is used only to support the features you request inside ReplyZenApp, such as importing managed Pages, syncing lead or participant details, and sending messages through the Facebook Send API or related Meta platform services.
Legal bases and permissions
Where applicable, we process information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, because you asked us to provide the service, because we have legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, or because we must comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority and permissions required to connect a Facebook Page, import contact data, and send messages to leads or customers through Meta products.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, security providers, and infrastructure partners.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to investigate fraud or abuse, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
Meta and Facebook data handling
If you connect ReplyZenApp to Facebook or other Meta products, we access and process only the information reasonably necessary for the features you enable. We do not use Meta platform data for surveillance purposes, data brokerage, or any purpose prohibited by Meta platform terms.
Connected page access tokens and related integration credentials should be protected by your organization and rotated or revoked if team members change or if you suspect unauthorized access.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect the platform.
We may retain account, billing, operational, or security records for longer where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, backup integrity, or dispute resolution.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete certain personal information. You may also disconnect Facebook access at any time from your Facebook settings and from the ReplyZenApp dashboard where available.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage, transmission, or processing is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
ReplyZenApp is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
