Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how ReplyZenApp handles subscription charges, manual payment approvals, and refund requests.

Subscription services

ReplyZenApp provides digital subscription services. Access to plan features, queue capacity, and related tooling may begin as soon as your payment is confirmed or your manual payment is approved.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for the current billing period. We may consider a full or partial refund when the service was charged incorrectly, a duplicate payment was made, or a material platform-side issue prevented delivery of the subscribed service.

We generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unused time remaining in a billing cycle, account suspension caused by a violation of our terms, or downtime caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Manual payment reviews

If you pay through a manual payment method, you must upload accurate payment proof. Access will not be activated until the payment is reviewed and approved. If a manual payment cannot be verified, we may reject the request and ask for additional information before any access is granted.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@replyzenapp.com with your account email, payment date, amount, payment method, and the reason for the request. We may ask for supporting documents so we can verify the transaction.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider or bank and may take several business days after approval.
