Remove the app from Facebook

To revoke ReplyZenApp access from your Facebook account, open Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy, open Settings, choose Apps and Websites, find ReplyZenApp, and remove the connection.

Request deletion from ReplyZenApp

After revoking access, email support@replyzenapp.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your account email, your name, the connected Facebook Page name if relevant, and any app-scoped or page identifiers that will help us locate your records.

We will review the request, verify it where necessary, and delete or anonymize eligible data within a reasonable period, subject to any records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial reporting.
